The Seller will pay the 2024 real estate taxes due in 2025 by allowing the Buyer a credit at closing in the amount of the most current Tax information. The Buyer will pay subsequent years’ real estate taxes. The Sale of this land is not subject to the ability of the Buyer to obtain financing. This farm has an open tenancy for the 2025 crop year.
